Welcome to Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class, the most exciting, challenging, hard-working and effective yoga class in the world. Created by Bikram Choudury, this posture flow, done in a heated room for 90 minutes, is designed to work every muscle, bone, joint, ligament, tendon, gland and organ in the body. Students of all levels and ages benefit from this total body workout. Wear light clothing, bring plenty of water and be prepared to sweat.
